The terms for using Aphasia Care.
Not a medical device
Aphasia Care is an exercise and support platform. It does not diagnose or calculate dosage. The speech therapist remains responsible for treatment.
Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and two-factor authentication enabled. Account misuse may lead to suspension.
Therapist responsibility
AI makes suggestions; the therapist reviews and publishes each module. Generated content must be clinically reviewed before use.
Liability
The platform is provided without warranty of fitness for a specific treatment purpose. Aphasia Care is not liable for clinical decisions.
Changes
We may amend these terms. For material changes we will ask you to accept them again.
